All content, branding, software, and systems developed by Runeteca Technologies LLC — including the -halla product suite, associated AI systems, and all related intellectual property — are owned by Runeteca Technologies LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Our products use artificial intelligence to generate responses and process information. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runeteca Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes where possible.
